Defrosting Instructions

Thank you for purchasing Izzi B’s Allergen Free Cupcakes! To defrost frozen Izzi B’s Allergen-Free Cupcakes, please read the following directions... 

All cupcakes are baked to order, frosted and frozen within a two hour period so they arrive to you in perfect condition.

Defrost cupcakes at room temperature for at least 2 hours for the mini cupcakes and 4 hours for the regular-sized cupcakes. Cupcakes need to be covered while defrosting. If you plan to defrost the entire package: open the packaging, wipe any frost from the inside of the lid that may have formed, then reclose lid. 

Once the cupcakes are defrosted, they should be enjoyed at room temperature within 1 to 2 days. Or, you can keep them in the refrigerator in an airtight container or sealed bag for 2-3 days.

To insure extra protection from frost on previously opened packaging, you may want to place your stash of frozen cupcakes in an airtight container or resealable bag before storing in the freezer. Previously frozen cupcakes should not be refrozen.
